Time to toot our own horn: TOOT. Thank you for allowing us to toot…whew. That was totally necessary. In fact, we’ve been holding that in for awhile. Well, since June actually.
One of our clients is a Credit Union, which is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. They basically do everything a bank does, but there’s no stockholders, there are less fees, higher rates on savings and lower rates on loans. Plus, they pay their members every year. That’s why you see the slogan “OMNI Pays.” OMNI Community Credit Union was voted Best Credit Union in the state of Michigan, partly because they return a lot of savings to their members and the community each year.
To celebrate this award, we were hired to help them give cash away to the community of Southwest Michigan - places like Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. We surprised people at work, on the streets, and when we gave them cash, some were given winning tickets to participate in a money booth too.
